The Jungheinrich EME electric pallet truck,
with its compact design and the use of AC technology, makes horizontal
transportation easier and faster.
Operator Area: The low-hinged handle combined with a low truck height
ensures a high degree of safety and optimum fork-tip visibility.
Handle Head: The multi-function handle head with exemplary ergonomics
provides optimum operating comfort and maximum safety. The operating buttons for
lifting/lowering and the horn can be reached with minimum hand movement.
Drive: 0.3 kW 3-phase AC motor. The power transmission is effected via a
two stage spur gear unit. Grease lubrication.
Battery: 2 x 12 V/48 Ah. Maintenance-free through Gel/Fleece technology.
Battery discharge indicator and monitor fitted as standard.
Battery Charger: Micro processor-controlled charger with charge control
light, compensating charge and maintenance charge function. Truck can be charged
at any 120 Volt outlet.
Drive Control: Precise, sensitive acceleration and braking. Regenerative
braking on release of the drive switch. Wear free and energy-saving plug
braking.
Wheels: Nylon wheel as standard, other materials available. Drive wheel:
9.1 inches dia., 2.6 inches wide. Load wheels: 3.2 inches dia., 3.7 inches wide.
Tandem load wheels (optional): 3.2 inches dia., each 2.4 inches wide.
Steering: Easy handling through long, lowhinged safety handle, which can
be swiveled by 180°. Low steering forces.
Brake: Electro-magnetic brake, acting directly on to the motor shaft. The
crawlspeed button ensures safe maneuvering with the handle in the upright
position in the most confined spaces. During this process, the brake is released
automatically and travel speed is significantly reduced.
Hydraulics: Enclosed 0.4 kW compact AC motor.
Forks: Torsion-rigid, 5.9 inches wide.

The Jungheinrich EJE 120 electric walkie
pallet truck with its compact design is perfectly suitable for loading and
unloading trailers and for horizontal transport over short and medium distances.
Its very short head length (L2) of only 18.9 inches makes it the ideal companion
on every trailer.
The 24 V 3-phase AC drive motor ensures powerful acceleration and maximum speed
of 3.8 mph, even under full load. It works maintenance-free due to the lack of
carbon brushes. Latest impulse control electronics (Speed Control) provides
stepless speed control via the drive switch and features roll-back protection on
ramps. Travel parameters (acceleration, speed and motor brake) are easily
adjustable. Crawl speed can be activated via a separate handle switch for safe
maneuvering in confined spaces with the handle in upright position.

The pallet truck EJE 225 is used wherever
there is a lot of activity and high throughput efficiency is of the essence:
during loading end unloading on a ramp; in hard continuous operation with heavy

The ERE 220 is an electric pallet truck for
flexible use as walkie or ride-on truck. This truck optimally adjusts to any
application by simply folding the platform and side guards down or up. For
turning in confined areas such as trailers the platform is folded up and the ERE
220 is used as a walkie pallet truck.
Higher speeds can be achieved with the ride on operation, increasing goods
throughput and managing long distances effortlessly.
The platform provides excellent comfort and safety: the cushioning absorbs all
bumps on rough or uneven surfaces. For safety reasons, the platform does not
fold up automatically after leaving the truck. However, a simple touch with the
foot is sufficient for it to glide back into the truck contours. The rounded
contours of the truck and side supports reduce the danger of the truck "getting
caught" on obstacles, such as racking or trailer struts.

The Jungheinrich End Rider ECR, with its 4kW
24V 3-phase AC drive motor, provides high performance for transport, order
picking and dock operations.
Both the AC motor and CAN-bus controller are designed in-house by Jungheinrich
engineers. This translates into optimized performance even under the most
arduous conditions. The ECR was built for high loads and heavy use, to provide
hour after hour of more productive operation.The carefully synchronized
controller motor pair also ensure a market leading energy efficiency. In
addition, the truck is designed to carry a 750Ah battery, boosting operating
hours, and reducing down time due to charging or battery changes.
The ECR's state-of-the-art controller features "Speed Control", a real-time
drive speed monitoring system which provides stepless speed control at all times
via the motorcycle style throttle-grip.
 The
controller also features roll back protection on ramps. Travel parameters
(acceleration, top speed, pedestrian speed and motor brake) are easily
adjustable. The electro-magnetic brake is applied whenever the drive switch is
in neutral and the truck is stopped to ensure the truck stays in a safe mode.
The solid steel frame of the ECR has been designed from the ground up to survive
in the harshest of applications. Special materials and reinforcements are placed
in critical points throughout the frame to provide maximum durability.
To ensure that the operator stays comfortable throughout the work shift, the ECR
comes equipped with an extremely comfortable spring loaded cushioned platform.
The tiller arm is padded, and optional knee pads ensure a stable yet comfortable
stance for the operator.
